Start your tour with a visit to the scenic holy place of Murdeshwara, which is famous for the world’s tallest idol of LORD SHIVA. The place is believed to have been sanctified by a piece of the Pranalinga of Gokarna's Mahabaleshwara thrown by the demon Ravana. The temple here has been renovated recently and has some beautiful carving and statue.

Proceed to Gokarna - a Hindu pilgrimage centre as well as a popular tourist destination. Gokarna is a temple town and is referred to in a number of Hindu historical literature pieces. The main deity is Lord Mahabaleshwara, a form of the Hindu god Shiva.Enjoy your delicious Lunch at restaurant before you step down to the Om beach. Post Lunch you can spend your time swimming or simply walk along the Om beach.Om, the waves whisper as we walk down the seashore. As they ebb and flow, they form the Om symbol on the beach, a legend that explains why the beach is so named, The sea and mountains here have witnessed a tale set in ancient times – a story about good, evil and a weapon called power.
